Building your new home can have many different stages. Different size house has different stages, but this will be a rough guide on the stages. Houses always have something a little wrong with them. There is no perfect house. You will be wanting to actually take out some build insurance encase anything goes wrong. That is something you do not want.
The first stage of the build would be the design stage. Take as much time as you can with this stage and be careful this stage is very important. Getting the design wrong and everything will go wrong.
You will then move onto the foundations of the house. Like people say you cannot do anything without solid foundations. They will be concrete and filled out the foundations are also one of the most important stages as this will give you a canvas to work with and getting this right can be crucial.
Thirdly, the frame stage. This is where you will put the wooden frame of the house up. This will give you a feel for the walls of your house and how it is going to look in the future. You will also put windows in and any door frames.
Plumbing will be fourth making sure you have all this fitted is very important as sometimes it can be difficult when there are concrete walls stopping you.
Wall building. This stage is nearly the final stage of the project you will be putting the walls in place, this will definitely tell you what your house will look like.
The final part of any project would be the finishing up and paining. This is entirely up to you what type of paint you have and trimmings.
